How long it will take to setup an account in WAGHL
It will hardly take less than 10 minutes, and the entire process is automated, just fill out the registration form and you will get the details on your WhatsApp and email ID. You can start using it immediately.
Is there any prerequisites before I start using the services
You should not connect a newly registered WhatsApp Number. If you have recently registered WhatsApp on a phone number then you should warm up the number by sending and receiving messages from phone WhatsApp and should connect only after 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer a free trial, for how long, and when and how do I need to make the payment?
We offer a 14-day free trial without linking your credit card, you will get a payment link after the trial period. You can start paying using that link, we collect payment through Stripe.
Can I get free trial for every new sub account
Yes, you will get 14 days free trial for every new sub-account
How many sub-accounts I can add under trial?
At a time, you can avail of only 5 trials. If you want to add more, you need to make the payment for the sub-accounts that are under trial, or you need to wait until the trial expires for the sub-accounts.
If you want to make the payment, then you can do it from your admin panel.

Is there any restrictions in trial period
No, there are no restrictions, you can use all the features even in the trial period.
Do we need WhatsApp Personal or Business WhatsApp to start using WAGHL services?
You can connect using any, either personal WhatsApp or Business, but WhatsApp Business is recommended.
Are there any restrictions on using the WAGHL WhatsApp services in any country
No, there are no restrictions, you can use our services in any country
Can I connect the Virtual numbers or the Lead connector and Twilio numbers which I am already using in the GHL?
Yes, you can do that, you need to just install WhatsApp on that number and you can start using our services.
You can install WhatsApp on any of your phones and during registration when it asks for a phone number there you can give either one of these β Virtual number, Lead connector, or Twilio number. You can opt for OTP through SMS or Voice call. Just enter the OTP and start using the WhatsApp services.
Can I change my WhatsApp number anytime?
Yes, you can easily do that, you need to just disconnect the existing WhatsApp session and you can scan from the new number from which you would like to send the messages.
Can I use WhatsApp in Workflow Automation?
Yes, you can do that, after installing our app SMS= WhatsApp, you need not to change anything in the existing workflow, wherever you have set up SMS in the workflow the message will go on WhatsApp
Can I build an auto-reply chatbot system on WhatsApp using WAGHL?
Yes, you can make use of the GHL workflow Automation feature and you can set the reply of incoming messages in the workflow.
Do you get in touch or send any notifications to our Clients?
No, we never do that and we do understand how important the client is to you. Also, we never ask any of your client details. The only thing is that you should be careful while filling out the registration form, never give your clientβs email and phone number in the registration form. We will send notifications only to the email ID and phone number that you have given at the time of registering our services. In case by mistake you have given your client email ID and phone number in the registration form then you can contact us and we will update the details immediately.
