When do I need to pay and how?
We offer a 14-day trial without a credit card. Before the expiry of the trial period, you will get a payment link, you can start your subscription using that link. We collect payment through Stripe.
How do I cancel, deactivate, stop, start, activate or resume my services and subscription?
We offer an admin panel to manage your subscriptions. You can refer to the below link and follow the steps to activate, deactivate, start, stop, or cancel the services and subscriptions using the admin panel.
How much do you charge for the service?
We charge $29 per month per GHL sub-account for unlimited WhatsApp messages and just $19 per month per GHL sub-account for unlimited WhatsApp messages if you subscribed for 10+ GHL sub-accounts
Do you have any yearly plans?
Yes, we offer yearly plans, in the yearly plan you need to pay only for 10 months instead of 12 months.
What happens if my payment failed?
For any reason, if your payment fails then we send the reminder message on WhatsApp as well as the email before deactivating the subscription.
