What is multiple WhatsApp numbers feature in a single sub-account You can connect multiple WhatsApp numbers within a sub-account using the multiple WhatsApp numbers feature. You will be able to send and receive messages from multiple WhatsApp numbers.
What is the difference between Single, Unlimited, and Team WhatsApp features?
i. Single WhatsApp: In this, you can connect only one WhatsApp number, this is the default once you register and start using our services. You do not need to configure it separately.
ii. Unlimited WhatsApp: With the unlimited WhatsApp feature, you can connect unlimited WhatsApp numbers within a sub-account. You will be able to send and receive messages from multiple WhatsApp numbers, each user can connect using his WhatsApp number. This is suitable if you have assigned the customer user-wise and they would like to send and receive messages using his number..
iii. Team WhatsApp: This is a very advanced feature, you can use a single number for multiple users within the team, and you can create multiple teams.
For example, if you have a sales team with three members, they can log in using their credentials in GHL, and they can still use one number to communicate with their customers. So three members can communicate with their respective customers using a single number. The admin can see all the conversations.
What do I need to do to enable multiple WhatsApp numbers within a single subaccount?
You can follow the steps given in the video. You need to create multiple users in the sub-account, and for each user, you can connect a separate WhatsApp number.
How much do I need to pay?
You need to pay per number, if you are connecting 5 numbers under a single sub-account, then you need to pay for 5 numbers.
The subscription fee will be as per the below plan.
i. $29 Plan: We charge $29 per month per subscription if you have 10 or less than 10 active subscriptions. Please note that it can be a single-user or multi-user subscription.
For example, if you have 3 paid subscriptions, you need to pay $29 x 3 = $87 per month.
ii. $19 Plan: You need to pay just $19 per subscription if you have 10+ active paid subscriptions. Please note that it can be a single-user or multi-user subscription. The system automatically transfers you to this plan once you have 10+ paid active subscriptions. You need not contact us to avail of this plan, this will be taken care of by the system automatically.
For example, if you have 15 paid subscriptions, you need to pay $19 x 15 = $285 per month.
Please Note: For the Team WhatsApp feature, we charge a one-time setup fee of $300 per sub-account.
Do I need to use a different custom menu link for a multi-user feature?
Yes, you need to use a separate link if you want to use the multi-user feature. The custom menu link may be different depending on the WhatsApp Gateway you are using. To identify the correct custom menu link for your GHL sub-accounts, switch to the subaccount and go to

I am not able to see the multi-user option in my WAGHL admin panel.
As of now, this feature is available only to limited users. If you need this feature, you can contact us at our WhatsApp number.
How many numbers I can connect with in a single sub-account?
You can connect unlimited numbers, there is no limit from our side.
Do you offer a 14-day trial for the multiuser feature? Yes, we do offer a 14-day trial for the multiuser feature, i.If you have activated the multiuser feature on the 1st day of registering for our services, then you will get a complete 14-day free trial for the multiple WhatsApp features.
ii. If you have activated the multi-user feature after a few days of registering our services, for example after 5 days, then you will get a 9-day free trial for the multi-user feature. So the trial period is the same as the main account trial period.
iii. If you have enabled the multi-user feature in your already paid account, then you will get a 1-day free trial and a payment link after 24 hours of enabling the multi-user feature.
