{% endembed %}

**What is the multiple WhatsApp numbers feature in a single sub-account**\
\
This feature allows you to connect and manage **multiple WhatsApp numbers** within a **single GoHighLevel sub-account**. Each number can be used independently—for different agents, teams, or brands—all from the same unified dashboard. It’s ideal for businesses handling high volumes of conversations or managing communication for multiple clients or departments.

**What is the difference between Single, Unlimited, and Team WhatsApp features?**

**i. Single WhatsApp:** By default, you can connect **one WhatsApp number** to your account as soon as you register and start using our services. No additional setup is required—this configuration is ready to use out of the box.

**ii. Unlimited WhatsApp:** The **Unlimited WhatsApp** feature allows you to connect **multiple WhatsApp numbers** within a single sub-account. Each user can link their own WhatsApp number, enabling them to send and receive messages independently. This setup is ideal for businesses that assign customers to specific users or agents, ensuring personalized communication from each user's number.

**iii. Team WhatsApp:** The **Team WhatsApp** feature is a powerful and advanced setup that allows **multiple users to share a single WhatsApp number**. You can also **create multiple teams**, each with their own shared number. This is perfect for collaborative support, sales teams, or departments that need unified communication from a single WhatsApp line.

If you have a **sales team with three members**, each member can log in using their individual GoHighLevel credentials but still use **one shared WhatsApp number** to communicate with customers. Each team member can handle their own customer conversations, while the **admin has full visibility** into all interactions across the team.&#x20;

**How to Enable Multiple WhatsApp Numbers in a Single Sub-Account?**

To enable this feature, simply follow the steps outlined in the tutorial video. Here's a quick summary:

1. **Create multiple users** within your GoHighLevel sub-account.
2. **Log in as each user** and connect a unique WhatsApp number.

Each user will be able to send and receive messages through their own WhatsApp number, all under the same sub-account.

**How much do I need to pay?**

You are billed **per subscription**, and **each user or connected WhatsApp number** is counted as **one subscription**.

For example, if you connect 5 WhatsApp numbers under a single sub-account, you will be billed for **5 subscriptions**.

#### **Pricing Plans:**

**1. $29 Plan**

* **$29/month per subscription**
* Applies if you have **10 or fewer** active subscriptions
* Subscriptions can be single-user or multi-user
* *Example:* 3 connected numbers = **3 × $29 = $87/month**

**2. $19 Plan**

* **$19/month per subscription**
* Applies automatically when you have **more than 10** active paid subscriptions
* No need to contact support—the system upgrades your pricing automatically
* *Example:* 15 connected numbers = **15 × $19 = $285/month**

**Do I need to use a different custom menu link for a multi-user feature?**

Yes, if you're using the **multi-user WhatsApp feature**, you will need to use a **separate custom menu link**. The specific link may vary depending on the **WhatsApp Gateway** you're using.\
\
**How to Find the Correct Custom Menu Link:**

1. **Switch to the target sub-account** in your GoHighLevel dashboard.
2. Go to **Settings → Phone Numbers → Advanced Setting**

<table><thead><tr><th width="214">Name</th><th>URL</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>WhatsApp Gateway 1</strong></td><td><code>https://app1.waghl.com/public/api/wadevice?app={{location.id}}&#x26;email_id={{user.email}}</code></td></tr><tr><td><strong>WA1 Connector</strong> </td><td><code>https://wa1.waconnector.com/public/api/wadevice?app={{location.id}}&#x26;email_id={{user.email}}</code></td></tr><tr><td><strong>WA2 Connector</strong> </td><td><code>https://wa2.waconnector.com/public/api/wadevice?app={{location.id}}&#x26;email_id={{user.email}}</code></td></tr></tbody></table>
